Here’s mine :) …

Chilled Cranberry Salad

1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 8-oz can crushed pineapple
1 8-oz carton plain yogurt (or low fat sour cream)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (op.)
mini marshmallows

Combine first 3 ingredients and pour into lightly greased 8×8 dish
(or dish of your choice depending on how thick you’d like your squares).

Sprinkle marshmallows on top (and nuts if you like) and freeze.

Take salad out of freezer 5 – 10 mins before serving. Cut into squares.
Can serve on chilled lettuce leaves on individual plate servings or
serve straight from the dish!

*We easily double this recipe and freeze in a 9×13 dish. It’s so good we often just keep a batch in the freezer and cut squares whenever we want some for a snack or to add to any meal. Enjoy!
